With over 40 meters of ocean frontage INDIVIDUAL BALI VILLA has the ultimate sunset panorama with views over to the Jimbaran Bukit headland in the south over a Balinese temple set on a large rocky outcrop in the ocean to the Java coastline in the west and the peaks of Gunung Agung to the north.

Accommodation
INDIVIDUAL BALI VILLA has 5 Air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa has been designed with a master and study bedroom bungalow on ground level with two en-suite bathrooms. The study can be converted to an extra bedroom which is ideal for infants.

Two individual bungalows and a separate two storey building with two ground level bedrooms and a large living area upstairs with glass sliding doors completes the accommodation. All the bedrooms have ocean views with large glass sliding doors and split air conditioning units.



The master and bungalow bedrooms have custom made oversized kingsize beds. The other two bedrooms have twin beds each with two trundle beds ideal for children. All bedrooms had built-in good quality wardrobes and curtains. The bedroom interiors have been tastefully furnished with a balance of modern rattan and collected antique furniture and artifacts.
