Designed individually, each villa presents its own enchanting panoramic view across the lush valley of Ubud and Petanu River, one of the major rivers in Ubud. All materials built into the villas were specifically picked for a specific reason to present you with the best possible blissful experience. All of our villas feature natural stone finishing and indigenous grass (alang-alang) roofings.

Most villas have their own private bale bengong (traditional outdoor day-bed) for the perfect enjoyment of the art of doing nothing. Our pool villas with large free-form private pools have more than what it takes for your perfect getaway. In addition, enjoy and relax in one of the largest swimming pools in Ubud, while sipping your favorite cocktail from the swim-up bar.

All Kamandalu villas features: a choice of four-poster king bed or twin beds air-condition, 26" or 32" LCD TVs (CRTs in our Ubud Chalet villas), DVD players in all Pool Villas, Deluxe Pool Villa and Two-Bedroom Pool Villa, a personal music system, iPod and dock speakers (upon request), satellite TV programming, coffee and tea maker facilities with complete mini bar assortments, in-room safe, hairdryer, phone with direct IDD access, WiFi connection in the property’s public areas.
